SPIDER SLAYOR™

The Spider Slayor™ is a powerful and easy-to-use tool designed for safely eliminating spiders (and other pests!) from your home. The Spider Slayor can quickly capture and kill spiders, without the need for harmful chemicals or direct contact. It uses a disposable capture pad that can be replaced once it is full.

It uses a combination of mechanical force and a sticky capture pad to kill spiders and other insects. Simply extend the handle to the desired length and press the plastic plate with loaded capture pad firmly against the spider. Will work on most surfaces.

1. Extend the handle: Adjust the Spider Slayor to your desired length.
2. Position the capture pad: Slowly move the Slayor towards the spider/insect, maintaining a safe distance.
3. Kill the spider: Once you’re close to the spider/insect, press the plastic plate with loaded disposable capture pad directly onto the bug with enough force to eliminate it.
4. Dispose of the capture pad: After the spider/insect is captured, you can continue to use as many times as you’d like or dispose of the capture pad.

Loading the disposable capture pad onto your Spider Slayor is simple!

1. Remove glassine bag covering the disposable capture pad.
2. Open the capture pad: Hold the capture pad on the edges of the exposed cardboard sleeve and gently squeeze to open.
3. Insert the capture pad onto the handle: Slide the open end of the capture pad onto the plastic plate until it is completely inside of the sleeve and it contacts the top. When loaded properly, the clear plastic plate will be visible through the bag and the cardboard sleeve will hang slightly at the bottom. 
4. PINCH THE GREEN COLORED SQUARE TWICE.

Remove the capture pad: To optimize retraction, hold the Spider Slayor sideways to the body with one hand on the hand grip and use the other hand to gently squeeze the edges of the cardboard sleeve. Tug down on the sleeve to straighten the plastic layer first and then pull the capture pad away from the handle in one swift movement. The bug shield will automatically retract into the cardboard sleeve, fully encasing the insect(s) within the capture pad. (TIP: If you extended the length of the handle, it helps to shorten it again before removal.)

Dispose in the trash: Simply throw the used capture pad away!

The disposable capture pad can be replaced as often as you’d prefer. You can capture just one or as many insects as you’d like before switching to a new capture pad. The capture pad can be used on both sides to capture insects giving you double the area. If you notice the capture pad is too full of insects or is too dirty, it's a good idea to replace it. We recommend checking the capture pad regularly.

The Spider Slayor™ is designed with safety in mind. It does not require direct handling of the spider/insect making it safer for you. It also uses no harmful chemicals making it a safer option than pesticides for households with children and pets. However, always store the device out of reach of children/pets to prevent misuse.

Yes! While it was designed for spiders, it will work on almost all types of common household insects!

Store the Spider Slayor™ indoors in a dry place to prevent damage to the materials.

The Spider Slayor™ can be used indoors or outdoors. However, it is best to store the Spider Slayor™ indoors in a dry place between uses.
